LeanAndHealthy.ca was born after I had been taking the Isagenix® Products for about 8 months.

I am so passionate about these products, because THEY WORK.  I have seen personal results, results from family members, and so many more.  Since starting Isagenix® I have met so many people in the Isagenix® family, and every last one of them are ecstatic about their results, whether it be weight loss, or their overall health and wellness.

Lean and Healthy is now growing as a team as the good news is spread.  We are fully qualified to offer all of our team members proper cleanse coaching, product and business training.

Meet the Team:

A few years ago I started a journey, but on the day that I started, I had no idea what kind of journey it would be and if you had of told me back then that I would be where I am at today, I likely would have laughed and completely brushed it off.

 

It started when I got really serious about my health.  You see both my parents were facing some pretty daunting health challenges.  I spent a lot of time with them in hospitals and it really got me to thinking about my future.  I had spent my fair share of time in hospitals as a child and the last thing I want is to face more hospitalizations in my later years.

My passion is people – working with, listening to, watching, and helping.  I have spent almost 20 years working in the corporate world, mainly high-tech but recently made a huge leap out of my comfort zone and switched to the financial sector.  I love what I do and I believe that is really important. 

I spent my teen years (many moons ago…) volunteering.  Over the course of 4 years, I contributed over 1,200 hours at a hospital and an additional .....
