It
started by wanting to lose the excess weight I had accumulated
from my precious babies.
I also was thinking about other health issues that run
in my family. Those
scary thoughts drove me to start eating better and
incorporating fitness into my life.
I
came across Isagenix in May of 2007. When I was
introduced to it, I was told it was a Total Health and
Wellness Program, and one of the bonus side effects of
nourishing and cleansing my body would be weight loss.
So,
I started taking the products, not really thinking they were
anything really that different than anything else on the
market. But, I
wanted to give it a shot.
Who knew? Well,
I had the most amazing results from the program and I loved
it. I lost all my
baby weight and got a clean bill of health from my doctor.
So,
how many of you think my journey ends here?
If you said yes, sorry, but no, this is where it just
begins to get interesting.
When I first bought the product I was told that there
was also an income opportunity available to those who wanted
to earn some extra money. At the time, I wasn’t really
interested in that.
Something
changed though. Once
the products got into my body, I noticed some huge differences
in the way I felt. I
knew the products were of the highest quality and I could feel
that in my body. I saw the physical differences that
four years of eating well and going to the gym did not
accomplish for me… this product did in such a very short
time. I realized
I needed to tell people about this.
I
devoured every piece of information I could about the company,
the products, the opportunity.
I was onto something here, but I still had no idea what
I had found. Last
August, my best friend Jen and I decided to go to Las Vegas
for a holiday and to attend an Isagenix Conference there.
We
didn’t think that we would attend all segments of the
conference. Heck
we were on vacation! Who
wanted to spend time at a stuffy old conference when we were
in Vegas! On
the first day we entered an auditorium filled with over 6000
people and we immediately felt welcome, at home, loved, in
awe, and completely amazed by the spirit and the energy that
surrounded us. We
were absolutely blown away.
Neither one of us could tear ourselves away.
We didn’t want to miss even one minute.
To
see the amazing outcomes and witness first hand the
life-changing results, it was absolutely phenomenal to me.
A man who’s motto was “I choose life”, to see him
lose 114 lbs in 113 days in 2007.
We met him in 2008, and he still looks amazing.
A young man who couldn’t even go on a roller coaster
ride with his friends because he was too large to fit in the
seat. He started
at 392 lbs and lost 153 lbs and 16 pant sizes.
Do you think that changed his life much?
It
is overwhelming to me. It
is such a gift to be able to witness and share in the
transformation of so many lives. I
knew I wanted to share this… and I tried, but my shy nature
usually got the best of me.
I would start thinking “oh maybe they won’t like
it” or “maybe they just think I am trying to make money
off of them”. I
really didn’t know how to approach people and share my
experience. I am
still working on that, but this company has given me every
opportunity to work on my personal development as well.
In
January 2009, Jen and I had the privilege of participating in
a 4-day workshop offered by Isagenix called “Journey To The
Stage”. This
experience taught me so much about myself. I have been able to
let go of the beliefs that were holding me back. I have
amazing confidence and focus.
I have discovered that I am on the most extraordinary
journey of my life and it has become a part me.
I feel it in my heart.
The Stage is just a metaphor.
My life is my stage, and I have to tell you there is a
lot of dancing happening on my stage!
I
feel so grateful for everything.
I realize now that Isagenix stands for more than just
supplements, more than just health and wealth.
There is so much more.
I am honoured to be a part of it and to be able to help
people live to their true potential and have the most
extraordinary lives. It
is very fulfilling for me.
It is helping me to become the best person I can be; a
loving wife, a caring mother, and a role model for my
children.
The
two most important days in anyone’s life:
The day you were born and the day you discover why you
were born! It is
all clear to me now!
